- Water efficient gardens use the drip irrigation technique to provide the necessary moisture for the hotel’s for trees, shrubs and hedges.
- Re-usable glass water bottles – The Abu Dhabi EDITION does not use any plastic water bottles except at the hotel’s and residence’s swimming pools. The glass bottles are available in every room and every venue at the hotel.
- Bulk water dispensers are available in the residences as well as the service areas of the hotel.
- Solar heat collectors on the rooftop work during the day to heat up the hotel’s water at night with the electricity generated from the sun.
