The latest menu, The Recipe Book, features both long-standing Punch Room favourites and newly crafted cocktails, such as the signature Milk Punch, made from a unique blend of Hennessy fine de Cognac, Havana Club 3yo Rum, Somerset Cider, Brandy, green tea, lemon juice, pineapple, spices syrup and milk. New additions include ‘A Sweet Treat’ created using innovative ingredients such as, Whisky, Cream Cheese, Matcha, Sugar, Valdespino Sherry, Lemon Juice and Milk. Each drink showcases unique and innovative flavour profiles, tailored to satisfy all preferences. The menu will provide a step-by-step guide to each recipe, including precise measurements, ingredient lists, and fool-proof methods, ensuring that guests can recreate each cocktail with the same expertise and attention to detail found at Punch Room.
