PRIVATE CAR

A private car to/from Grand Central Station will cost from approximately $98 per hour (from garage to garage) inclusive of tax and gratuity and will take approximately 15 minutes of travel time. TAXI

Taxis are available at the station on a first-come, first-served basis. This will cost you approximately $15 each way and will take approximately 15 minutes of travel time.  Gratuity not included.

TRAIN

If you do not have a lot of luggage, public transportation is available to and from the hotel and can take up to 15 minutes of total travel time.

From Grand Central Terminal:  Take the S Train shuttle to Times Square 42nd Street station. From there transfer to N,R or W Trains, take one stop to 49th Street and exit on 7th Avenue and 47th Street, (North West corner).

From Newark Liberty:  Take the Air Train and connect to Newark Airport Railroad Station and take NJ Transit to Penn Station. Walk to Herald Square and take the R/N/W train Uptown to 49th Street. Approximate cost is $15.

To Newark Liberty: Take the R/N/W train Downtown to 34th Street Herald Square, walk to Penn Station and take the New Jersey Transit to Newark Airport Railroad Station and transfer to the Air Train.

DRIVING

Follow signs as you exit airport to I-78 E. Head east I-78 using Holland Tunnel to enter Manhattan. Merge onto I-78 Express E/Phillipsburg-Newark Express. Take the Exit toward Interstate 95N. Keep left at the fork to continue 15E-15X-16E-18E, follow signs for interstate 95/US 46/Interstate 80/NJ-3/Lincoln Tunnel. Take exit E toward Lincoln Tunnel. Keep right to stay on NJ-495 East. Take the Exit on the left toward 42th Street/Uptown/Theater District/NY-9A. Continue onto Dyer Avenue. Turn right onto west 42nd Street. Turn left onto 6th Avenue/Bryant Park. Turn left onto West 47th Street and the Times Square EDITION will be 0.1 miles on the right hand side.

From La Guardia Airport: Walk to Terminal B – Upper Level, the Purple Route, to Terminal C – Lower Level, Parking lot P4. Follow the sign to LGA/Terminal C and board the Q70-SBS Bus and take it to the Roosevelt Avenue /74 Street Station. Board the R Train at Roosevelt Avenue - Jackson Heights station going towards Manhattan. Take it for approximately 30 minutes and exit on 49th Street station, walk towards the exit 47th Street and 7th Avenue, the hotel is directly across the street.

DRIVING

Head east on Grand Central Parkway for 2.4 miles and then take exit 10W-E for interstate 495 E toward Eastern Long Island. Keep right at the fork to continue onto exit 10E and follow the signs for I-495 East/Eastern Long Island/Riverhead.  Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Grand Central Parkway and Triboro Bridge, Keep right at the fork to continue on exit 10W and follow signs for I-495 W/Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan.  Keep left at fork to continue onto I-495 West for 7.5 miles. Keep left, follow signs for Crosstown/37th Street/3rd Ave and merge onto E 37th Street 289 ft. Continue straight to stay on E 37th Street 0.3 miles Turn right onto 6th Avenue 0.6 miles. Turn left onto W 47th Street. The Times Square EDITION will be on the right in 482 ft.

From JFK: Take the Air Train to Jamaica Station/Sutphin Boulevard and then the E train via NYC subway toward Manhattan to 50th Street Station (8th Avenue). Walk from subway exit to the hotel is 5 minutes. Cost for train is $7.75.

To JFK: Walk to the Uptown/Queens train at 50th Street/8th Avenue subway station. Take the Queens bound E train to Jamaica Station/Sutphin Boulevard and then the Air Train.

DRIVING

Follow signs as you exit the airport to I-678 S. Head south on I-678 and take exit B to 130th Place. Merge onto 130th Place and continue straight onto Pan Am Avenue. Turn right onto Lefferts Boulevard and then left onto N Conduit Avenue. After approximately 1 mile, take the Cross Bay Boulevard Ramp and take a right onto Cross Bay Boulevard. After 0.8 mile, continue onto Woodhaven Boulevard and merge onto I-495 W using the midtown Tunnel to enter into Manhattan. Keep right follow signs for Uptown/38th Street/39th Street/40th Street/41th Street. Continue onto Tunnel Exit Street. Turn left onto East 39th Street. Turn right onto Park Avenue and then turn left on East 47th Street. The Times Square EDITION will be on the right side after 0.5 miles.
